The GovPay Super User Training assessment is a one-hour multiple-choice examination designed to evaluate participants’ understanding of key GovPay system functions and responsibilities. The test measures competency in system navigation, transaction processing, user and profile management, report generation, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures. Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end workflows, compliance requirements, escalation paths, and best practices for supporting operational teams. Successful completion indicates readiness to serve as a GovPay Super User, providing advanced support, guidance, and oversight within their department.

Public Service Regulation Course provides an understanding of the conditions of service for Public Service employees. It covers appointments, probationary period, staff benefits, transfers, types of leave, termination of employment, pension, grievance and Disciplinary procedures in the Public Service.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a mandatory course offered by the Public Service Commission under the auspices of the Public Service Academy.  Gender and Sexual Harassment course seeks to raise awareness on issues to do with Gender based violence, Gender Discrimination and to promote Gender Inclusivity, in a bid to create a conducive and safe working environment across MDAs. The duration of this course is three (3) days.

This course provides a foundational understanding of the principles, structures, and processes of government and public organizations. Students will learn about the history, values, and ethical considerations in public service.
