Public Service Regulation Course provides an understanding of the conditions of service for Public Service employees. It covers appointments, probationary period, staff benefits, transfers, types of leave, termination of employment, pension, grievance and Disciplinary procedures in the Public Service.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a mandatory course offered by the Public Service Commission under the auspices of the Public Service Academy. The course is targeted for all members of the Public service, inclusive of senior management and support staff. An array of topics covered in the course include the following:

5. Public Service code of conduct
6. Handling difficult clients

Gender and Sexual Harassment course seeks to raise awareness on issues to do with Gender based violence, Gender Discrimination and to promote Gender Inclusivity, in a bid to create a conducive and safe working environment across MDAs. The duration of this course is three (3) days.
This course provides a foundational understanding of the principles, structures, and processes of government and public organizations. Students will learn about the history, values, and ethical considerations in public service.
