Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a mandatory course offered by the Public Service Commission under the auspices of the Public Service Academy. Course image Gender and Sexual Harassment
Mandatory

 Gender and Sexual Harassment course seeks to raise awareness on issues to do with Gender based violence, Gender Discrimination and to promote Gender Inclusivity, in a bid to create a conducive and safe working environment across MDAs. The duration of this course is three (3) days.
